The results of your eye examination will be available immediately. Should there be any unusual or concerning discoveries, we'll promptly send you an electronic referral letter recommending a visit to a medical or ophthalmological facility for more comprehensive evaluation and continued monitoring. Conversely, if the examination reveals nothing of note, we will email you copies of your retinal images for your records.

Age Requirement: Participation in the Comprehensive Eye Health Screening Program by SG Eye Care is limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is in place to ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of the eye check services provided.
Staff / Membership Pass for Validation: To validate eligibility for the eye check service, staff members are required to present their company-issued staff pass. This requirement is essential to confirm employment and program eligibility. The staff pass must be current and valid.
Family Member Eligibility: Immediate family members of the staff are eligible to participate in the program. However, to avail of the service, family members must be accompanied by the registered staff member at the time of the appointment. 'Immediate family members' include spouses, children, and parents.
Appointment Booking and Expiry Date: Appointments for eye checks must be booked within the stipulated timeframe. Any attempt to book an appointment after the expiry date of the offer may result in the rejection of the booking. Please be mindful of the expiry date to ensure service availability.
Modification of Terms and Conditions: The management reserves the right to alter or modify the terms and conditions of the Comprehensive Eye Health Screening Program SG Eye Care at any time without prior notification. Changes may include but are not limited to, eligibility criteria, service scope, and validity period. We advise participants to periodically review the terms for any updates.
